A Course, Not a Session

We build a protocol with a timeline, then photograph your progress and adjust.

New City, New York

01 Who We Are

A Medical Practice That Happens to Make You Look Better.

We are a small practice in New City, and that is deliberate. You see the same provider every visit, she knows your history, and nothing gets handed to a technician you have never met.

Most aesthetic results are not made in a single appointment. They are made in a sequence, at the right interval, with the right treatment at each step. That is what we build with you at your first consultation.

01

You are assessed before anything is recommended

We look, we ask what you have already tried, and we take a full medical history. Only then do we suggest a treatment.

02

Your plan has a timeline attached

You will know how many sessions, how far apart, and roughly when you should expect to see something.

03

We photograph your progress

Same areas, same light, every visit, so the answer comes from the pictures rather than from us.

04

We will tell you when something will not work

If a treatment is wrong for your skin or your pattern, we say so. That is worth more than a booking.

What We Do

Seven Ways We Treat Skin and Hair

Each of these is a category rather than a single treatment. Open one to see what sits inside it, and which version fits which person.

How We Work

The Same Four Steps, Every Time.

This is the part that separates a practice from a spa. It is also the part that makes results predictable enough to promise a timeline instead of a miracle.

01

Assess

We look at your skin or scalp, take a full history, and ask what you have already tried and what did not work.

02

Plan

You get a written course with a number of sessions, the spacing between them, and what each one is for.

03

Treat

Ansa performs every treatment herself. Nothing is delegated to an unlicensed technician.

04

Review

We photograph the same areas under the same light every visit, then adjust the plan against what we see.

Age Deliberately

Results Are Built, Not Bought.

A treatment you buy once is a purchase. A treatment we plan, sequence and measure is a result. We only do the second one.

The Provider

One Clinician, Start to Finish.

Ansa Kandamkulathy is a board certified family nurse practitioner. She plans and performs every treatment on this menu personally, under a clinical license rather than a cosmetology license.

In practice that means the person assessing your skin is the same person treating it, and the same person reviewing the photographs at your next visit. Nothing gets lost between people.

01

Board certified family nurse practitioner

Licensed clinical training, not an aesthetics certificate earned over a weekend.

02

She performs every treatment

No unlicensed technician, no rotating staff, no handing you off after the consultation.

03

Full medical history taken first

Your medications, your conditions and your history change what is safe and what will work.

04

Honest about what will not work

You will hear no when no is the right answer, and you will hear why.

Why AgeSmart

Four Things That Are Different Here.

None of these are slogans. Each one is something you can check on your first visit.

01

A licensed clinician treats you

Not a technician working under a licence held by someone who is not in the room.

02

Protocols, not single sessions

We recommend a course with a timeline. If one session is enough, we say that too.

03

Regenerative treatment is central

PRP and exosome therapy sit at the middle of this menu, not on the edge of it.

04

Your progress is photographed

Same light, same angles, every visit. Evidence rather than reassurance.

Regenerative Medicine

The Part Most Spas Do Not Offer.

PRP is made from your own blood. We draw a small amount, concentrate the platelets, and place that concentrate where the tissue needs support. There is nothing synthetic in it and nothing borrowed.

Exosome therapy works differently. It is a signalling product applied after microneedling, used when we want to push the same repair process harder or when plasma is not the practical choice.

We use both, we use them for hair and for skin, and we will tell you at your consultation which one actually fits what you are trying to fix.

Prepared at the point of care, never stored
Used for hair restoration and for skin texture, tone and scarring

Questions

Before You Book.

We look at your skin or scalp, take a full medical and medication history, and ask what you have already tried. Then we tell you what we would recommend, how many sessions it would take, and what it would cost. There is no obligation to book on the day.

Yes. Hair restoration, laser hair removal and skin treatments are all commonly requested by men, and the plans are built the same way. Some of our pages are written specifically for male patterns.

It depends entirely on the treatment. Hydration and resurfacing show quickly. Collagen and hair respond on a biological schedule that we cannot rush, usually three to six months. We will give you a realistic window before you commit to anything.

No. We will recommend a course when a course is what the treatment needs, and we will explain why. If a single session is appropriate we will tell you that instead.

We are at 182 South Main Street in New City, New York. We see patients on Thursday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Every service is by appointment, so call (914) 571-6870 or book online rather than dropping in.
